Anyone who knows me knows I love food, preferably spicy, and lots of it. I often have people request the recipes for some of my favorite concoctions. In response, I have set up this section of my website for posting my recipes.

Dave's Pico de Gallo (Fresh Salsa)

Literally meaning "the beak of the rooster," pico de gallo is fresh table salsa. Best made fresh with fresh ingredients, it is a favorite at the Baker household.
